WAIC Housing Equity Action Team

The WAIC Housing Equity Action Team will meet to discuss our next step in addressing housing gaps in Wilsonville.

For more information, please read the WAIC statement on equitable housing which identified the following gaps:

  • The need for affordable, multi-room homes to support multi-generational housing, especially for Black, Latino, Indigenous, and people who identify or are perceived as a racial minority

  • Single-parent homes and their need for affordable housing that is connected to jobs, transit, and services

  • Low or fixed-income individuals and families, and their need for homeownership

  • People in need of emergency, transitional, or supportive housing
